About the Panelists

Chelsea Peabody Bohannon, APR
Chelsea Peabody Bohannon, APR, is director, internal and corporate communications for ANDMORE, a Blackstone portfolio company that empowers wholesale home furnishings, gift and fashion buyers and sellers to connect, grow and prosper through premier trade shows and design centers. She is responsible for building and developing culture for ANDMORE’s nationwide team as well as leading strategic communications for the corporate brand. Prior to ANDMORE, Bohannon worked in public relations in Charleston, South Carolina, for Spoleto Festival USA and multiple hospitality groups.
Bohannon is recognized as an emerging business leader. She was named the Chad Corzine Young Gift & Home Executive of the Year by the Gift & Home Trade Association (GHTA), a Gift + Stationery 40 Under 40 by Gift Shop Plus and Stationery Trends, a 40 Under 40 by Home Furnishings Business, a Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce ATLeader and a Georgia Young Gamechanger.
Bohannon is active in the nonprofit community. She serves as PRSA Georgia Chapter board liaison for membership and as a sustaining member of the Junior League of Atlanta. Previously, she served on the leadership board of the Elon University Young Alumni Council and Atlanta Alumni Board, the membership Council of the Junior League of Atlanta, and the Spoleto SCENE Board of Directors.
Bohannon is a cum laude graduate of Elon University where she earned a bachelor of arts in communications and was a Journalism and Communications Fellow. She earned her Accreditation in Public Relations in 2018.
Jasmine Hoffman, APR
Jasmine Hoffman, APR, serves as the associate vice president for communications and marketing and chief of staff at Emory University. In this role, she oversees internal communications, strategy, and operational management for the Division for Communications and Marketing.
Hoffman is a long-time champion for Emory University, where she has held several key leadership positions since 2010. Her previous roles include assistant vice president for internal communications, associate dean for communications and marketing and chief operating officer for the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Before joining Emory, she spearheaded public relations initiatives for the University of Pittsburgh's $2 billion fundraising campaign.
Hoffman has been involved with the Public Relations Society of America since 2005, and in 2019, she served as president of PRSA Georgia, the nation’s second-largest chapter.
She holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Alabama. Jasmine earned her Accreditation in Public Relations from PRSA in 2010.

Jennifer Jiles, APR (NEW panelist!)
Jennifer Jiles, APR, is a multi-award-winning communications leader, producer, educator, writer, and podcast host of “Breaking Barriers” on the Up2Me Radio Network. With more than 30 years of experience spanning multiple sectors, Jiles brings a strategic lens to communications that fuels change, drives innovation, and strengthens cultural, social, and intellectual connections.
She is president and principal consultant of Human Communications, LLC (DBA 44 Consulting Group), a business-to-business firm providing a range of strategic communications services for the past 13 years. Her career highlights include managing crisis communications for the estate of a global pop star, representing a 2021 Olympic athlete, leading global communications for a Fortune 500 cybersecurity company, and supporting multimillion-dollar fundraising campaigns.
Jiles began her career in the tech sector with AT&T and later held leadership roles at UPS, AFC Enterprises, a New York-based nonprofit, and an HBCU. In 2016, she returned to tech as the global communications leader for Dell’s cybersecurity company. She has worked across industries including arts and entertainment, biopharmaceuticals, transportation, health care, philanthropy, and quick-service restaurants.
A proud APR, Jiles earned her Accreditation in Public Relations in June 2024. She has spent the past 23 years supporting the nonprofit sector and currently partners with a New York-based fundraising firm to serve nonprofits, including those led by A-list celebrities. In addition, she has taught communication for 28 years at Georgia State University.

Ronnika A. McFall, MBA, APR
Ronnika A. McFall, MBA, APR, is the Senior Director of Communications for the U.S. and Canada at Mercy For Animals, a leading international nonprofit dedicated to animal protection. With over 12 years of experience in public relations, media, and strategic communications, she has established a strong reputation for developing impactful media strategies and leading high-profile communications initiatives, particularly within the nonprofit sector.
Throughout her career, McFall has shaped public narratives and secured top-tier media coverage through her agency, iGN Public Relations & Co., and notable nonprofits. As a key spokesperson for the American Red Cross during the COVID-19 pandemic, she managed critical communication strategies that informed and engaged the public. At Compassion in World Farming, she played a pivotal role in enhancing the U.S. media department and strengthening the organization's strategic communications policies. Her expertise at Mercy For Animals led to media placements in The Guardian, Variety, PEOPLE, Rolling Stone, The New York Times, Bloomberg News, Politico, Forbes, and NBC News.
McFall holds an Accreditation in Public Relations and earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Jackson State University and an MBA from American Intercontinental University. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Public Relations Society of America, and a lifetime member of the Jackson State University National Alumni Association.
